About Booth Season

Booth Season helps vendors find their next booth. We track markets, craft fairs, festivals, pop-ups and community events that are looking for vendors, and we put the details vendors actually need in one place: the date, the booth fee, the application deadline and how to apply.

We started in Ocala and Marion County because we kept seeing the same problem. Great local events were struggling to fill booths, and great local vendors were finding out about them a day after applications closed. Most vendor calls live in scattered Facebook posts. Booth Season gathers them, checks them, and keeps them current.

For vendors, browsing and email alerts are free.

For organizers, listing your event is free. If you want more applications, we offer featured placement and promotion across our local media network.

Booth Season is owned and maintained by Notice Me Marketing and Media, an Ocala-based print shop and marketing agency and the team behind OnlyInOcala. We print the banners, shirts and signs that make a booth stand out, so we know what it takes to sell at an event.
