These terms cover your use of Booth Season (boothseason.com), which is owned and run by Notice Me Marketing and Media LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What Booth Season is
Booth Season is a directory of markets, craft fairs, festivals and other events that are looking for vendors. Browsing, the filters, the weekly vendor email and basic event listings are free. We don't run the events we list, and we aren't a party to any agreement between a vendor and an organizer.
Listings are information, not guarantees
We gather listings from organizers and from public posts and pages, and we check them, but details change. Booth fees, dates, deadlines and requirements are set by each organizer. Always confirm the details with the organizer before you apply or pay. Applications, payments, refunds and disputes for an event are between you and its organizer.
Submitting an event or claiming a listing
If you submit an event or ask to change a listing, you confirm that you run the event or are allowed to speak for it, and that what you send is accurate. You give us permission to publish, edit for length and clarity, and promote the event information you send, on Booth Season and in our emails and local media. We may decline, edit or remove any listing.
Paid products
We sell optional paid products for organizers, advertisers and vendors, such as Featured listings and Booth Season Pro. Prices are on our advertising and Pro pages. The price, what's included and the billing period are confirmed before you pay. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. To cancel, email darrin@noticememedia.com, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. Paid placement promotes an event; it doesn't guarantee applications, vendors or sales.
Using the site
You may use Booth Season to find events, share listings and link to our pages. Please don't:
- Copy listings in bulk or republish our listings, fee data or guides as your own directory or product.
- Submit false, misleading or spam listings, or submit forms on someone else's behalf without their permission.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or our forms.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
Our content
The site's design, text, guides and the way we compile and present listings belong to Notice Me Marketing and Media LLC. Event names, logos and descriptions belong to their owners. See our legal notices for corrections and takedown requests.
Links to other sites
Listings link to organizer pages and applications on other websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices or privacy practices.
Disclaimer
Booth Season is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that every listing is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be online.
Limit of our liability
To the extent the law allows, Notice Me Marketing and Media LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Booth Season, including losses from an event, an organizer, a booth fee or a listing that turned out to be wrong. If we are found liable for anything else, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Marion County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and the new terms apply from then on. If a change affects a paid product you have, we'll tell you by email first.
