How to apply as a vendor
- Download the vendor application from the fair's vendor page and pick a type of exhibit: food sales, commercial sales, or promotional/informational (no direct sales).
- List every item you'll sell or display with its sale price, or attach a menu or price list. The fair may cut items to avoid duplicates.
- List the fairs and festivals you've worked, with a contact name and phone number for each.
- Choose an indoor booth or outdoor front footage and the electricity you need. For an outdoor unit, add a diagram with its dimensions, including awnings, hitches, doors and tent stakes.
- Attach recent photos of your setup. The fair does not consider applications without photos.
- Return it with the photos and diagram to North Florida Fair Association, Inc., Attention: Exhibits/Concessions Department, 441 E. Paul Russell Road, Tallahassee, FL 32301-6996. The form also lists sales@northfloridafair.com and (850) 878-3247.
- If space is full, the form lets you ask to be called about last-minute cancellations, and how many days' notice you need.
- Don't send money. If you're selected, the fair notifies you and sends a contract. It doesn't publish when it replies.
The application doesn't ask for proof of insurance or a sales tax certificate. Ask the fair office whether your contract will.

What vendors should know before they go
- Crowd: the fair says about 110,000 people from North Florida, South Georgia and the surrounding area attend the eleven days.
- Indoor or outdoor: both. Indoor booths are in the Marketplace Building; outdoor commercial and food vendors rent frontage on the grounds, and the food court has permanent booths.
- Marketplace hours are long: in 2026 the Marketplace is open 5 to 9 or 10 p.m. on weeknights and from noon on weekends and Veterans Day, for eleven days in a row. Plan on staffing every shift.
- Who comes: this is an agricultural fair. It runs youth livestock shows (beef, dairy goats, sheep, meat goats, poultry, rabbits and cavies), 4-H and FFA programs, competitive Creative Living exhibits and a carnival midway.
- Watch for scams: the fair warns that scammers are selling fake vendor space. Its staff emails always end in @northfloridafair.com. If you get an offer you didn't ask for, call the fair office at (850) 878-3247 before you pay.
- Not published: load-in and setup times, vendor parking, and an application deadline. Ask the fair office before you apply.
